Information Security Forums

Two-day regional events hosted in eight major cities: Washington D.C., Minneapolis, New York, Dallas, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, and San Francisco. IANS brings together an average of 150 to 220 sophisticated IT security executives and professionals and marketing/sales executives from 12-20 vendor companies discuss the security industry’s best practices, technologies, and trends. Solution providers present their offerings during solution discussions over the course of the two days.

Platinum Sponsor

IANS will invite one solution provider to serve as the Platinum Sponsor for each of our 8 regional Forums. This level of sponsorship is available only to an elite group of innovative solution providers with products and services relevant to the Forum theme.

Executive Keynote: Elevate your credibility by delivering a 30-minute luncheon keynote address to the entire Forum. Speakers will be an IANS‐approved, senior‐level executive.
CISO Roundtable: Demonstrate your leadership position in the market by co‐presenting a 75‐minute executive session to CISOs and CIOs with an IANS Faculty Member. The Platinum sponsor will provide input into the creation of the session’s content and an IANS’ Faculty Member will lead it with input from the sponsor. The Platinum sponsor will be the only solution provider underwriting this executive track.
Luxury Prize Giveaway: Attendees will have a chance to win a luxury prize underwritten by the Platinum sponsor. To gain entry into the prize drawing, all of the Forum end users will be encouraged to meet with your company’s representatives and to understand your unique value proposition.
Exclusive Exhibit Space: Generate highly‐qualified sales leads and selling opportunities with your exclusive, turn‐key exhibit space. As a Platinum sponsor, you’ll be the only solution provider given a premier exhibit space to interact with potential customers, showcase your solutions, and distribute marketing materials.
Registration Pack Insert: Include a corporate marketing piece in the registration packet, which all attendees receive upon check-in.
Additional Benefits: IANS will play a video demonstrating your company’s capabilities and will introduce you as the Platinum Sponsor at the opening of the event. The Platinum Sponsor will host a private lunch table, and gain additional exposure at the cocktail reception at the conclusion of both event days.

Gold Sponsor

IANS will invite one solution provider to serve as the Gold Sponsor for each of the 8 regional Forums. Gold sponsors will receive all of the benefits of the Silver Sponsor level, plus the following:

IANS’ Focus Topic Session: On both days of the Forum, reinforce your brand message by participating in a 45‐minute end user only content session. The Gold sponsor will provide input into the creation of the session’s content and an IANS’ Faculty Member will lead it with input from the sponsor. Only one IANS’ Focus Topic session will be offered for sponsorship per Forum.

Silver Sponsor

IANS invites solution providers to serve as the Silver Sponsors for each of the 8 regional Forums. Silver Sponsors will receive the following benefits:
