with Mike Sadeghpour

We are operating in extraordinary times. For many of us, COVID-19 has changed where we work, how we work, and the manner in which we balance work and personal responsibilities. How we choose to view these challenges is paramount to how we work toward overcoming them.

Research has shown that the lens through which we choose to view situations shapes our mindset. We invite you to join us for a discussion with positive psychology specialist, Mike Sadeghpour. During this session attendees will learn:

  • How to use your inner dialogue to harness your emotions to avoid negative stacking.
  • Techniques on how to focus on what you can control to make progress towards your objectives.
  • Best practices to create and maintain a positive mindset.
