Most incident response teams can respond to events in traditional on-prem environments, but how can IR enhance its capabilities to detect and expediently respond to incidents in the cloud? Using a case study approach, this session walks you through an IR team’s response (including forensics analysis) to a real-world cloud incident and explains:
- How to know if you’re logging the right data, identifying the right events, and putting appropriate monitoring and alerting in place for swift detection
- How to build cloud-centric IR playbooks and workflows
- Best practices and lessons learned
