Most penetration tests are scoped around targets, not outcomes. The result? A technically impressive report that demonstrates exploitation paths — but leaves enterprise value on the table.

This session challenges the conventional, “hacker-centric” model of penetration testing and reframes it as a strategic validation instrument for the entire cybersecurity program. We will explore how leading organizations are using third-party penetration testing to:
