CISO-Board Engagement: Moving Beyond Standard Reporting to Drive Risk-based Dialogues

Properly and effectively engaging the board and advising on governing cyber risk is an increasingly critical part of the CISO’s job. As organizations digitize and become more AI-centric, cyber risk and enterprise risk continue to merge, providing a platform for CISOs to lead impactful board-level discussions. When properly framed, security leaders guide risk governance strategy and position security as a part of the overall risk landscape.
