Tabletop Guidelines

We will be featuring tabletops at the Forum. Each sponsor will have a specific table to network with attendees during breaks. We encourage sponsors to send additional marketing materials for your tabletop. You will be allowed to have a banner, table skirt and small giveaway item (pens, webcam cover, etc.).

IANS Presentation Best-Practices

IANS realizes that it isn’t easy to present to a room full of people. We have put together some best-practices resources on how to structure your session.

Opening: 5-7 Minutes

  • Introduce your company and explain why you exist, what challenge are you addressing

Body: 20 Minutes

  • How does your product or solution solve this problem and how are you different than your competitor?
  • Use a case study or an industry example to help attendees gain a better understanding
  • Provide a live demonstration of how the product works

Closing: 5 Minutes

  • Wrap up the conversation
  • Address questions from attendees

How can I promote my involvement with the event?

Please share your thoughts and excitement using our event hashtags found at the top of this page or download the IANS media package and list us on your site.

Where do I pick up my badge and registration material?

Your badge and registration materials will be available to pick-up at the Solution Provider registration desk. Registration starts at 7:30am.

When can I set-up my tabletop?

You can set-up your tabletop starting at 7:00am on the first day of the event, prior to registration being open. Tabletop placement will be clearly marked with your company logo.

Is there free Wi-Fi onsite?

Free Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the Forum in conference areas and in your specific breakout room.

Does IANS provide a Mobile App?

The IANS Information Security Forum App will be available 1 week prior to the event. To download the Mobile App go to the App Store or Google Play Store on your device and search IANS.

What is the best way to stay updated before and during the Forum?

For all updates please download the IANS Mobile App or follow us on Twitter.

Will I receive a hotel confirmation number?

You will receive a hotel confirmation number 2 weeks prior to the Forum, if you booked through the IANS registration site.

How can I book a hotel room?

All hotel requests must be made through the registration site.

How can I cancel my hotel reservation?

Most of our hotel venues have a 72 hour cancellation policy. You must cancel by contacting one of the IANS team members or through the online registration. If you fail to do so you will be charged for the night(s) in which you have failed to cancel.

Is parking provided?

IANS does not cover any parking.

How can I submit my feedback on the Forum?

We encourage you to fill out the survey you will receive after the event via email.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

If you have booked a hotel room with IANS during the registration process or you have reached out to an IANS team member regarding booking a room, please note most of our venues have a cancellation policy of 72 hours. If you do not cancel your reservation through your online registration or in writing to IANS, you will be charged for the night(s) in which you have failed to cancel.
