  • Human Resources
    Office Administrator
    • Boston, MA
    • Part Time (30hrs)
    • Entry
    • $30-$35 an hour

The Office Administrator will help keep IANS’s new Boston headquarters at 125 High Street running smoothly each day. This role owns the operational details of the office — including supplies, conference rooms, vendor coordination, meeting and event support, and candidate/visitor experience — while partnering closely with the EA/Office Manager and People team to create a welcoming, organized, and high-functioning workplace.

  • Sales
    Solutions Engineer
    • Boston, MA
    • Full Time - Hybrid
    • Mid Level
    • $105,000 base + Commission

IANS is hiring a Solutions Engineer to own the technical side of our IANS MCP connector wherever the team needs it — from demos and proof-of-concept work through onboarding and ongoing client support. This isn’t a dedicated book of accounts; it’s a flex role for someone who wants to build deep technical and AI fluency early in their career: a jack-of-all-trades who can run a demo, build a POC, take a client through onboarding, and troubleshoot day-to-day connector issues — start to finish, on whichever client needs it that day. You’ll work alongside the Senior Solutions Architect, Account Executives, and Account Managers, picking up whichever pre-sales or post-sales work needs coverage across the team’s full set of clients. Expect a short ramp of shadowing before you’re running things yourself — the Senior Solutions Architect sets direction and the runbooks, and takes the tougher, more complex accounts directly, but day to day you’re the one in the room with whichever client needs you. Because this function is still taking shape, the role will flex as the team learns what’s needed — this is a builder’s role in the scope of the work, not a promise of a particular future title or team. We’re looking for someone energized by learning quickly, comfortable with ambiguity, and happy being a jack-of-all-trades while the function finds its footing.

  • Sales
    Senior Solutions Architect
    • Boston, MA
    • Full Time - Hybrid
    • Senior
    • $155,000 base + Commission

IANS is hiring a Senior Solutions Architect to own the technical side of our IANS MCP connector across the full client lifecycle — from the first deep demo, through trials and POCs, into onboarding, and on through ongoing client success. This is a hands-on, customer-facing individual-contributor role for a technical generalist: someone equally comfortable running a demo for a prospect’s security team, standing up a proof-of-concept, configuring a live connector at go-live, and keeping an established client’s integration healthy months later. You’ll work alongside Account Executives and Account Managers across two connected motions. On the pre-sales side, you’re the technical partner who runs discovery, builds tailored demos, and answers the integration and security questions that surface during evaluation. On the post-sales side, you own installation, onboarding, and technical client success — configuring each connection, training teams, and making sure the integration keeps delivering value. Expect to spend more of your time on the post-sales side early on as our install base grows, with the balance shifting as the motion matures. Because this function is still taking shape, part of the job is helping build it. You’ll define the processes, tools, runbooks, and reusable assets this motion needs to work at scale. This is a builder’s role in the scope of the work — not a promise of a particular future title or team. We’re looking for someone energized by shaping how the work gets done, comfortable with ambiguity, and happy being a jack-of-all-trades while the function finds its footing. You won’t be building the IANS MCP servers themselves — Engineering owns that — but you’ll be the technical expert who turns IANS MCP into a solution each client trusts, adopts, and renews.

  • Tech Team
    Agentic Engineer
    • Boston, MA
    • Full Time - Hybrid
    • Mid Level
    • $135,000 to $170,000 + Bonus

IANS is rapidly expanding its AI strategy toward a Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) model, delivering not only insights through our own applications, but also structured data feeds, APIs, and AI ready interfaces that enable clients to build their own intelligent systems and agentic workflows. We are seeking an Agentic Engineer to build and ship the agent capabilities at the heart of IANS' agentic AI platform. This is a hands-on builder's role: working within the platform architecture set by our senior and principal engineers, you will implement, test, and operate the agents, tools, retrieval components, and evaluation suites that power both our internal AI products and the client-facing agent platform that consumes IANS data feeds. You will own well-scoped features end-to-end — from design through production — and grow your scope as you demonstrate ownership and judgment. This is an exceptional opportunity to do serious agentic engineering early in your career: you will work daily with engineers who have shipped production multi-agent systems, on a platform where evaluation, observability, and security are first-class concerns rather than afterthoughts.

  • Human Resources
Senior Manager of Org Design & Business Transformation
    • Boston, MA
    • Full Time - Hybrid
    • Mid-Sr. Level
    • $140,000 - $160,000

IANS Research is a private equity-backed cybersecurity advisory firm entering its next stage of growth and transformation. With more than 220 employees and ambitious plans for the future, we are evolving how we operate, scale, and compete across our Go-to-Market, Product, and Technology organizations.  We're seeking a Senior Manager, Organizational Design & Business Transformation to help shape that future.  This is not a traditional HRBP role. It is a highly analytical, execution-focused role within the People function, working closely with the Chief People Officer and executive team to bring rigor, structure, and follow-through to the organizational structures, workforce strategies, and operating models that will drive company performance. The CPO sets strategic direction and stays closely involved throughout; this role is where that thinking gets pressure-tested with data, refined, and turned into reality.  You will help shape organizational thinking alongside the CPO, then own the analytics and execution that turn it into reality—building the models, running the analysis, driving alignment, and managing complex organizational initiatives through to completion.

  • Finance
    Vice President, FP&A
    • Boston, MA
    • Full Time - Hybrid
    • Vice President
    • $200,000 - $250,000 + bonus

The Vice President, FP&A will lead financial planning and analysis for the business, partnering directly with the CFO and executive leadership to drive forward-looking financial insight, own the annual planning and forecasting cycle, and provide the analytical backbone for board- and investor-level reporting. The ideal candidate brings deep FP&A expertise, strong SaaS/subscription financial acumen, and the credibility to operate as a strategic partner across the business.

  • RevOps
    Director, Sales Operations
    • Boston, MA
    • Full Time - Hybrid
    • Director
    • $144,000 - $180,000 + bonus

IANS is looking for a Director of Sales Operations to lead the operational foundation of our revenue organization. This is a strategic and execution-oriented leadership role — responsible for how our Sales teams are measured, enabled, and run. The Director will lead the Sales Ops function, set the operating model for the revenue team, and serve as the primary GTM liaison to TechOps on all Salesforce and CPQ matters. The right candidate is equally at home in an executive strategy conversation and a TechOps sprint review: a systems thinker who builds with rigor, leads with data, and moves fast without leaving process debt behind.

  • Sales
    Head of Enterprise GTM, MCP
    • Boston, MA
    • Full Time - Hybrid
    • Senior Level
    • $200,000 + up to an additional $200,000 in variable compensation

The Head of Enterprise GTM, MCP is the commercial leader responsible for building, validating and then scaling IANS's enterprise go-to-market for the MCP.  This role serves as the single commercial owner across both new-business acquisition and existing-client expansion efforts. Enterprise Account Executives and Account Managers will retain ownership of the day-to-day prospects and client relationships. This role will establish the commercial strategy, value frameworks, executive engagement approach and operating discipline that connects all enterprise growth efforts into a unified and scalable process.  Success will be measured by the quality of the enterprise motion that is built, the strategic clients secured and the repeatable playbook created for broader market adoption.  This is not a quota-carrying role. Rather, it is a builder role for someone energized by category creation, comfortable engaging CISOs and other executives and excited by the challenge of winning the first deals in a new market through diagnostic insights, value engineering and disciplined experimentation.

  • Research
    Research Interviewer
    • Boston, MA
    • Full Time - Hybrid
    • Entry Level
    • $60,000 - $70,000 + bonus

IANS is building an innovative new data product for security leaders. The Research Interviewer is the frontline of our data collection effort — conducting structured phone interviews with CISOs and senior security practitioners to capture detailed, verified quantitative and qualitative data on their experience with certain security-related operational tasks.  This is not a call center role. You will be having substantive technical conversations with senior security professionals about their real-world experience with key security operational tasks. You need enough cybersecurity domain knowledge to ask intelligent follow-up questions, recognize when an answer needs probing, and capture nuanced insights that go beyond surface-level satisfaction scores.  You will also serve as the key liaison between the Research team and IANS’ account management team, coordinating client outreach, scheduling, and ensuring we hit our target response rates across all markets and firmographic segments.

    Consulting Sales Engineer

Reporting to the VP of Consulting, you will be responsible for technical support during the Sales process, serving as a “Deal Expert” for a technical sale. You will work closely with our Account Management team, providing technical expertise and guidance to potential clients while ensuring our solutions meet their unique requirements. Your role will be instrumental in building client confidence and helping to secure new business opportunities. Similar to a Sales Engineer role at Software organizations, you will be required to possess deep technical expertise that can be translated into presentation-ready knowledge for both technical and executive-level audiences. As one of the initial hires on this growing team, you will have the opportunity to build the foundation for a function that is critical to IANS’ long-term growth.
