The main responsibilities are organizing and coordinating meetings, managing the CEO’s calendar, and creating/updating presentations. IANS is currently looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the Marketing Operations team. This position reports to the Operations & Reporting Manager. The primary responsibilities will include designing and implementing ongoing improvements to our Salesforce environment that are critical to our marketing and sales processes. This will also include third-party tools that integrate with our Salesforce platform.

Reporting to the Analytics Manager, the primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the execution of reporting that enables IANS to make informed business decisions. IANS is seeking an Associate Account Manager (AAM) to join our sales team. The AAM will be responsible for supporting the Territory Leader with existing End User Decision Support (EUDS) clients including annual subscription renewals, client usage, upsell and consulting revenue for accounts in an assigned territory. The ideal candidate is results oriented with some business experience. Key traits include a hustler mentality, team-focused, interest in information security, and a passion for learning.
The Consulting Project Coordinator supports consulting engagements that IANS’ Faculty members deliver to our clients. The primary responsibility of this position is overall accountability for certain IANS consulting projects including successful and prompt delivery of all communications, timelines, and deliverables. The Project Coordinator ensures all consultants successfully complete assigned tasks as scheduled, identifies key barriers to a project’s success, and actively manages all mitigation activities. The PM supports the editing of written deliverables, reports, and proposals.
