    The Client Services (CS) team at IANS is the heart of our flagship Ask-an-Expert service, which helps our clients make better security decisions. This involves fielding & scoping Ask-An-Expert (AAE) requests, and sourcing & identifying the appropriate Faculty to consult with clients on these questions. Our CS Representatives also act as a point person throughout the client experience: interacting with IANS Clients, working cross-functionally with Account Managers and Faculty (industry experts), and managing operational tasks. This is a high performing, high volume team, with over 6,000 AAE sessions delivered in 2023 at an average Net Promoter Score of 98.
