Profile

Barry is a Principal Cybersecurity and Compliance Consultant and former Senior Leader at FERC. With nearly 30 years of cybersecurity experience, Barry has led national efforts in securing industrial control systems and manufacturing environments across government, military, and private sectors. He spearheaded the AURORA project, contributed to CIP Reliability Standards, and advised top U.S. officials on cyber threats. He played a pivotal role in shaping national cybersecurity strategy and regulatory oversight for energy infrastructure. His work focused on securing operational technology (OT) systems, ensuring compliance with critical infrastructure.
