Dr. Dave Venable is Chairman of the Institute for Strategic Risk and Security and a former U.S. intelligence officer. He has served as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and security advisor for Fortune 100 and Global 500 companies, and led national-level programs in the U.S. intelligence community. He has taught cybersecurity and cryptography at Southern Methodist University and the U.S. National Cryptologic School.
