Marketing Operations Analyst

The Revenue Operations team at IANS is hiring a detail-oriented Marketing Operations Analyst to be the operator of our marketing data and systems. You'll be the person who keeps our HubSpot database clean, accurate, and optimized, working alongside AI and automation tools.
This is a hands-on role designed for someone who wants to work with AI, not around it. You'll partner closely with the Director of Marketing Operations, the Marketing Automation Manager (Demand Gen), and the CRM Operations team. You'll be the human-in-the-loop for our automated enrichment, deduplication, and data quality systems — and you'll help us continuously improve how those systems work.
If you care about data quality, enjoy the work of cleaning and standardizing records, take pride in keeping systems optimized and reliably maintained — and you're genuinely curious about how AI can make all of that better — this role is built for you.
