Predictions on Cybersecurity Hiring Market Trends

Here’s Olivia’s take on 2024 infosec hiring trends:

My prediction for 2024 would be that since we’ve had a really tough time in the past year and a half, two years, primarily connected to the economy. I do think next year we're going to start seeing increases in hiring tied to the economy. If the economy improves, we will see finally, after a year and a half, two years, entry level people finally getting entry level jobs and leaders being allowed to be leaders again and landing those roles.
