Caleb has held many executive-level positions at information technology and security companies in addition to starting and running his own companies. David is the founder and principal consultant of HazarDSec LLC and co-founder of Next Level3. He also provides cybersecurity consulting services and training as an author and instructor for the SANS Institute. With more than 20 years of technical experience, David has spent over 15 years helping organizations establish and implement security controls and practices.
Jamie is currently a threat researcher at Palo Alto Networks Unit 42, where he helps lead tailored, tactical and strategic intelligence deliveries. Prior to Unit 42, Jamie was a cyber operations engineer for the MITRE Corporation where he led development of MITRE ATT&CKĀ® for Enterprise and worked with amazing people on various other exciting efforts involving security operations and research, mostly focused on adversary emulation and behavior-based detections.
Shamla is a CXO Advisor at Netskope and a former Managing Partner and Global CISO at IBM. She is a public company Board Director at QBE and WisdomTree. Her experience spans 40+ years in a variety of sectors and 6 continents, making her an expert in cross-cultural collaboration and working across industries. She is recognized as a leader that enables priorities of the business using technology innovation and cybersecurity. Her background includes authoring and teaching several courses at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in technology, security, and privacy law. Shamla coaches professionals on leadership, board communication and how to align security with strategic business initiatives.
Jake Williams (aka MalwareJake) is a seasoned security researcher with decades of experience in technology and security. Jake is a former startup founder, former senior SANS instructor and course author, and an intelligence community and military veteran. He loves forensics, incident response, cyber threat intelligence and offensive methodologies. Today, Jake is an IANS faculty member, an independent security consultant, and is performing security-focused research to benefit the broader community. He has had the honor of twice winning the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) annual digital forensics challenge. You may also know Jake from one of his many conference talks, webcasts, media appearances or his postings about cybersecurity.
Dr. Thomas Graham, Ph.D., serves as the VP and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Redspin, a top cybersecurity, and privacy consulting firm, the first authorized C3PAO, and one of the first organizations to conduct a DIBCAC High assessment under
the Joint Surveillance Program. Dr. Graham is the architect of Redspin becoming the first authorized C3PAO, performing numerous Joint Surveillance Voluntary Assessment Program (JSVAP) assessments, speaking on CMMC and NIST requirements, and Chairing
the MIS Advisory Board at East Carolina University.
He is responsible for all internal security items for Redspin and its affiliates. Before Redspin, he served as the CISO for CynergisTek, a publicly traded company, supporting
numerous Hospitals and Medical Facilities. He also as supported varous branches of the DoD to include being an ISSO for DISA.
Chris is the Co-Founder and CEO of LARES Consulting, an information security consulting firm that leverages a blend of assessment, testing, and coaching. He also serves on the Board of Directors at CREST, an international not-for-profit accreditation and certification body that represents and supports the technical information security market.
Tim is a Principal Consultant and Founder at Red Siege, an information security company focused on adversary emulation and penetration testing. He also serves as the MSISE Program Director, Course Author, and Principal Instructor at the SANS Institute.
