He was previously the CISO of Twilio, GE Healthcare and Lending Club. He is the co-author of “How To Measure Anything In Cybersecurity Risk” (July 2016) and author of “The Metrics Manifesto: Confronting Security with Data” (March 2022).
Ian Glazer is the founder and president of Weave Identity. Prior to founding Weave, Ian was the SVP for Identity Product Management, at Salesforce. Earlier in his career, Ian was a research VP and agenda manager on the Identity and Privacy Strategies team at Gartner. He is a Board Emeritus and the cofounder of IDPro, the professional association for digital identity management. Ian is also a Board of Directors member and cofounder of the Digital Identity Advancement Foundation, focusing on removing financial barriers to participation in the digital identity industry. He is a noted blogger, speaker, and photographer.
Anna is the Vice President Risk Officer Digital at the Navy Federal Credit Union. She returned to Navy Federal in 2023 from her previous time here from 2019 to 2021, when she was as Vice President of Vulnerability, Risk and Enterprise Security Services. Prior to her current role, Anna was the Senior Vice President Advance Cyber Defense and Digital Forensics and Incident Report teams at Booz Allen Hamilton Commercial sector. Before her time with NFCU and Booz Allen, Anna managed Global Information Security Engineering and Operations for Marriott International. In her earlier career days, Anna held various positions in the security field with Accenture and Sun Microsystems/Oracle. As a technology executive, Anna is focusing on empowering innovation, fostering collaboration, and promoting risk-based approach to security. Her mission is to protect and enable the business by transforming the culture from “No” to “KNOW”.
Justin is the Director of ICS Security at InGuardians, specializing in Industrial Control Systems (ICS) security architecture design and penetration testing. He also led the Smart Grid Security Architecture group in the creation of NIST Interagency Report 7628 and has played key roles in the Advanced Security Acceleration Project for the Smart Grid (ASAP-SG), National Electric Sector Cybersecurity Organization Resources (NESCOR), and Smart Grid Interoperability Panel (SGIP). Justin has authored and taught courses in hacking techniques, forensics, networking, and intrusion detection for multiple universities, corporations, and security conferences.
Author of “Wireless Security Architecture”, “Low Tech Hacking” and other titles, Jennifer (JJ) Minella has been named as a Top 10 Power Player in cyber security by SC Magazine. As an advisor to more than 50 Fortune-rated companies and hundreds of others, JJ brings a uniquely energetic approach to cyber security, blending deep technical experience with strategic guidance. Her ability to connect with audiences and articulate technical concepts in simple terms has taken her all over the world. She is also the creator of the Mindfulness-Based Leadership for Infosec workshop series. Jennifer is the founder and principal advisor of Viszen Security, offering technical strategy and coaching solutions to CXOs and practitioners.
Mike is the Chief Strategy Officer and GM of Techstrong. Formerly Mike served as President of Securosis, an information security research and advisory firm, as well as Co-Founder and President of DisruptOps, a cloud detection and response company. His breadth of experience in the information security space and bold perspectives are invaluable as companies determine effective strategies to grapple with the dynamic security threatscape. Mike started practicing and advising on security topics over 25 years ago, and he’s been trying to get out of the business ever since…to no avail.
Eric is the CEO and Co-Founder of Lares, an international cybersecurity consulting firm specializing in a wide range of offensive, defensive, and advisory services. He is committed to a lifelong career in Information Security holding positions as CEO, CTO, VP, Co-Founder, Engineer and Consultant spanning over the last three decades.
AJ is the CISO for Hunter Strategy where he leads their Cyber Security consulting practice advising clients in public, private, and government spaces. His core skills include cyber security leadership, security architecture, third-party vendor risk management,
program management, and general governance practices.
Prior to his current role, AJ has developed information security programs from the ground up leading extensive cybersecurity teams in support of globally distributed companies. AJ actively seeks opportunities to add value to organizations and measurably increase their overall security posture. As an active member in the information security community AJ is a member of ISSA, Infragard, and a regular at local events such as SecDSM and SecKC.
Jonathan is the Global Director for the Microsoft Enterprise Cybersecurity Group. In this role, he leads a team of security advisors who provide strategic direction on the development of Microsoft security products and services. He also serves as a member of Microsoft’s Internal Risk Management Committee and is a principle author of the Microsoft Security Intelligence Report. Jonathan also serves as an Affiliate Faculty member in Research Assurance at Regis University and serves as an advisor to security startups and venture capital firms.
Summer is a three-time CISO in the autonomous vehicle industry currently at Torc Robotics, which specializes in AI software for long-haul trucking. She is also a faculty member at Carnegie Mellon University where she teaches a graduate course in cybersecurity
policy and multiple courses on cybersecurity metrics and product cybersecurity for executive education programs. In addition, Summer serves on the board of directors for Brentwood Bank, a regional bank in Pittsburgh, PA. She is
also an active board member for the Forte Group, an advocacy and education non-profit focused on amplifying women in technology, cybersecurity, and privacy. Summer is often requested to speak at conferences and events, and she has
provided expert testimony on cybersecurity risk in the US Congress.
Prior to her role at Torc Robotics, Summer worked at Motional and Argo AI, both AI companies focused on robo-taxi technology. She also led cybersecurity risk and resilience at Carnegie Mellon University's CERT program and Johns Hopkins University's
Applied Physics Lab. Summer started her career as a software engineer at Northrop Grumman Corporation after receiving her MS and BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh.
