    Sandip is a seasoned leader and information security professional with more than 25 years of experience in information technology and cybersecurity. Sandip is the Chair for the Cryptography Innovation Hub and advisor to the Security, Compliance & Trust Officer at SAP America. Sandip also serves as a Fractional CISO and member of the board of Advisors for SolonTek. Sandip holds a US patent and a defensive publication for designing and developing a cryptography-based anti-theft algorithm. He has also published books and papers on various security topics.

    Don Boian, a board member, accomplished technology leader and award-winning information security expert, has led diverse teams of information technology and security professionals. Mr. Boian has established and led IT and Security programs at multiple companies and has also implemented Risk and Compliance processes. He serves on several boards – lending his technology, security, and risk expertise to educational institutions as well as corporate technology committees. He has experience in the Biotech and Financial Services industries as well as his prior government Intelligence service. Mr. Boian served as the Chief Information Security Officer of Hound Labs, Security Outreach Director and the CISO of Huntington National Bank and 30 years with the National Security Agency and retired as a Defense Intelligence Senior Executive.

    Meg Anderson is a former senior executive and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO). Meg strategically led the vision and execution of enterprise-wide cybersecurity and cyber risk strategy for over 17 years at Principal Financial Group®. Prior to working in information security, Meg spent 20+ years in IT. As CISO, Meg was responsible for safeguarding customer data, ensuring regulatory compliance across global operations, and protecting critical assets in an ever evolving and expanding threat landscape. She partnered directly with executive leadership and the Board of Directors to oversee technology/cyber risk, communicate complex security issues, and align security initiatives with strategic business objectives. Meg actively engaged in peer sharing and mentoring through CISO networks, 1-1 coaching, formal mentoring programs and inspiring emerging talent through universities and other opportunities.
